A daily, country-level ranking of IP addresses reported across 30+ public blocklists, geolocated with the same GeoLite2 database used everywhere else on this site — no paid API, no per-lookup logging.
Countries are ranked, not counted — a raw IP count would just track internet infrastructure size (countries with more hosting always "win"). The tier below reflects relative rank, not an absolute threat level for that country as a whole.
